DATA PROTECTION ACT
In accordance with Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (Act), the data
supplied by the user will be incorporated into computer files, which will be processed exclusively for
the purpose described, as specified in the legend attached to each form. The data collected through the
appropriate forms will only contain the fields necessary to provide the service or information requested
by the user. The personal data will be treated with appropriate levels of protection, according to Royal
Decree 994/1999 of 11 June, taking the necessary precautions to prevent alteration, loss, or
unauthorized access by third parties who can be used for purposes other than those that have been
requested by the user. As owner of the file only, CASA VASI is committed to fulfilling its obligation of
confidentiality of personal data and its duty to protect them, and take the necessary measures to
prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorized access, view at all times the state of technology.
Finally, the user may exercise their rights of opposition, access, correction and cancellation pursuant
to the provisions of the Data Protection Act or for any consultation or personal comment in this
respect, by sending a notice by mail to the address below or in person, but in any case, this service
would any consideration.
Also, in compliance with Article 21 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services Information Society and
Electronic Commerce, CASA VASI not send email communications which have not been approved by the
Members. When CASA VASI provides the recipient's consent to receive commercial communications by e-mail, the word "advertising" will appear at the beginning of the message.
COOKIES
CASA VASI reports that www.casavasi.es website uses cookies when users browse through their pages. The
configuration of these are associated with anonymous users and computer system, do not store personal
data of the user. It is possible that the user configure your browser to not accept cookies sent by
www.casavasi.es, not affecting navigation on the website but access to certain products.
